Fredrik is back! I wanted to impress him with things I've learned about cooking. I Roasted Chicken over Baby Red Potatoes and Shallots. It was all cooked perfectly, but I could have seasoned everything better. Next time. Anyway, it doesn't really matter. Tonight was about Fredrik and being in the company of his best friends.
