OMG! I've never cooked Fish before. I've never made Garlic Mashed Potatoes before. Tonight I made both. I browned Whole Garlic Cloves in Olive Oil and added both to Red Potatoes I boiled with the skins on. I also added Sea Salt, Ground Pepper, Butter, Milk and mashed them all together. Damn! So good! I cooked the Tilapia in Butter, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper. After the fish was cooked I removed it and added more Butter, Capers and deglazed the pan to make a little sauce for the Fish. I was a little stressed out when I was done, but it was all so flavorful. I'm proud.
