CINCO DE MAYO







Just because I'm all by my lonesome doesn't mean I can't celebrate. Cinco de Mayo commemorates Mexico's unlikely victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. In cuisine, to this day, people think French cooking is superior to Mexican. Let me remind you... Béarnaise Sauce has 11 ingredients. Oaxacan Black Mole has 27.
