LEFTOVER FOOD No. 5
I went to Scott and Don's last night for dinner. I held off on shooting it till next time, but they sent me home with leftovers in a proper take out container. Don is Puerto Rican, Italian and Irish, but who knew he did Nordic flavors too! The Salmon and Lemon Dill Potato Salad was amazing last night and it's amazing this afternoon.

JEFF & JASON
I love when a friend calls last minute for a BBQ and it turns out to be exactly what you needed. Jeff and Jason have turned a little shack on a hill into the chicest, most beautifully comfortable home. All Spring and Summer their garden is in bloom and their charcoal grill is fired up. Tonight Jeff put together a feast with whatever was left in the fridge. A Mango, Endive and Avacado Chicken Salad. Husk on Corn and Garlic Bread. A perfect Sunday evening.

COMFORT
Richmond is a beautiful town. So many of it's neighborhoods and buildings are preserved. Lot's of brick, lot's of trees and lot's of good food. One of the best is Comfort on Broad Street. Serving Southern Classics their entrees come with 2 or 3 sides. The girls got two and I got three. It was the best Pulled Pork I've ever had. The same could be said about their Salmon and Pork Loin. The Mashed Potatoes were heavenly and all the Green Vegetables were cooked to perfection. I'm in love with this place. The RVA.
